Note: Some products in the above categories are not refundable due to their nature or other reasons.
Return pickup.
In case of a return, you would like to visit the pickup center (where you will get your book) to return your book. During pick-up, your product will be checked for the following conditions:

| Unused product | The product should be unused, without any stains and non-tampered quality check. |
| Undamaged product | The product should be undamaged and without any scratches, tears, and holes. |
The storekeeper will refuse to accept the return if any of the above conditions are not met.
